- Transaction data: orders, reservations and payments.

No sensitive data (health, origin, etc.) are collected.

- manage orders and Click & Collect,
- manage reservations at the oyster bar,
- communicate information relating to your orders or the company,

Processing is based on:
- performance of a contract (order or reservation),
- compliance with a legal obligation (invoicing and retention of accounting records),
- consent for marketing communications (newsletter and offers).

- Orders and invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Reservations: deleted no later than 6 months after the scheduled date.
- Marketing (newsletter): until consent is withdrawn.

Data are never resold.
They are accessible only to:
- SAS LEGRIS and its teams,
- technical service providers (hosting provider and secure payment provider), solely to provide the service.
